Credentialing

Few medical billing companies offer full credentialing services to their clients. Credentialing can be time consuming and frustrating, sometimes leaving you feeling powerless and with little control over the process. At Medical Practice Partners, we remove this burdensome work from the practice, assisting providers in completing the applications needed to participate in commercial and/or government insurance programs. We also track the application process and follow up as needed, while providing clients with regular status updates.

Interface project management

As medical practices move from the paper to the digital world, more and more electronic systems need to communicate with each other. For example, your Electronic Health Records (EHR) system may need to communicate with a lab, or your PM with a hospital. These important data connections require “interfaces” to exchange financial, demographic and/or clinical information; however, interface implementation can be time consuming, frustrating and expensive because it often requires the cooperation of multiple vendors and disparate systems. At Medical Practice Partners, we act as your project manager, working with your vendors to develop your interface on time and on budget.

Customized reporting

As the saying goes “if you’re not measuring it, you’re not managing it”. Understanding the financial health of your medical practice is no different from understanding the overall health of your patients. At Medical Practice Partners, we help you identify which reports are the most meaningful to your practice, how often those reports should be reviewed, and how to use the data provided to fine-tune your business.
